Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

•Processing of work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE/PA) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign workers related matters.

•Manage and maintain foreign workers’ movement records, transfer of rooms in the dormitory, briefing of rules and regulations and handle disciplinary issues.

•Assist in managing and controlling foreign workers benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits, etc. as per Company’s HR policies and procedures.

•Process work injury case and liaise with insurance agent/insurance compensation claim process.

•Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues such as handle admission/discharge, sick bay arrangement, damage and reinstatement work.

•Coordinate closely with Operations supervisors and Managers

•Undertake other HR functions as and when assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements


•Diploma/GCE A Levels/GCE O Levels

•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in construction sector.

•Good knowledge and interpretation of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations for foreign workers
