Job Description
  • Assist Business Unit Manager to generate quotations for potential clients
  • Collect, maintain and update the customer database
  • Research on competition and come out with analysis
  • Study different industries and try to understand their business plan
  • Take charge of business and grant writing for funding purpose
  • Prepare marketing reports, proposals and annual budget
  • Generate potential leads weekly report, monthly sales data compilation
  • Source and prepare all marketing materials
  • Plan and manage Company’s website, marketing database, social media platforms and advertising activities
  • Planning companies’ content marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and lead generation
  • Mending company hotline and email account
  • Undertake any other relevant task as assigned by immediate superior / management
Job Requirements
  • Degree in any relevant major (Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance)
  • Digital advertising and marketing knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office application
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic planning
  • Willingness to learn, international mindset and ability to understand technical applications is a plus
  • Demonstrate sound technical problem solving skills and initiates creative problem solving
