Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible in supporting clinic operations, manage clinic resources and patients’ feedback

• Assist in internal and external customers’ enquiries

• Perform appointment scheduling and follow up on patients’ appointments

• Coordinate doctors’ schedules for clinical consultation and procedures

• Provide financial counselling to patients

• Manage clinic hotlines to ensure service standards are met

• Collate and maintain monthly statistics and audits on clinic’s operations

• Coordinate and organise department’s events/talks/seminar

Job Requirements


• GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level/NITEC/ Higher NITEC/Diploma in any discipline

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• A team player with good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in computer application
